About Me

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

As a mental health counselor for more than two decades I have helped people through their dilemmas of trauma, depression, anxiety including ADHD, bipolar management, family relationships, and other life stressors. Additionally, I hold a Trauma and Anxiety Certification and a Wellness Certification.   In your journey here with me, we may also build a supportive wellness plan for you with or without working through your trauma or anxiety dilemmas as needed.

I have lead clients through CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness skill strategies. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, he supports and assists those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side and overcome traumas and barriers to your goals.

 

In my free time I enjoy boating, traveling, spending time with my family and exercising.
